Keeping abreast of current club members' attendance and health situations, and deceased former club members and their families in terms of ties to Rotary, and keeping involved in special anniversary club meetings and gatherings. Making sure members and former members families feel welcome and are active in club activities.
Magazine: Dil Brinton Jr., Steve Adams
The Mesa Rotary Club COG bulletin is written by also club historian Dil Brinton, Jr. This award winning club bulletin contains various sections including a review of the previous meeting, down memory lane, an editorial by Saguaro Sam (Dil Brinton, Jr.), and a listing and information about club members. Club member Steve Adams who owns an Alphagraphics store prints the bulletin.
Sergeant At Arms: Randy Gray
Various club members inclulding Randy Gray, Chas Wirkin, Carol McCormack, Val Wilson and Tom Verploegen alternate by presenting a sergeant at arms (sunshine) report which is a humorous way of involving club members in raising money through fines, confessions and good natured antics to bring laughter and good cheer (usually a club members' expense).

Issue press releases and help publicize news worthy Mesa Rotary Club activities be it through community service projects, vocational service projects or international services projects many of which are highlighted in this website.

Development of a Mesa Rotary Club Roster that is a three ring
binder of club members' profile and photo on single sheets which
is provided to each member and can be easily update by replacing
the individual profile sheets.
